Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be in the original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Perishable goods such as freeze-dried treats.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • If your refund is rejected, we will notify you of the reason.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same one, contact us at [your contact information].

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included if it is not J&T's fault. If it is our fault we will be more than happy to pay for shipping!

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Provide photos of the damage and proof of purchase to help us resolve the issue quickly.

How to Start a Return
